Grafton community benefits from BCBSND Rural Health Grant

FARGO – Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) is pleased to announce Community Health Service Inc. (CHSI) in Grafton was awarded a $1,625 BCBSND Rural Health Grant. The grant was used to host monthly "lunch and learns" for the community and purchase standing desks as part of its worksite wellness program. Topics include healthy eating, cooking techniques and stress management.
