Top 5 Things to Know About the Systems Upgrade

Why a systems upgrade?
Until now, we've developed our service and claims systems in-house. . This initiative will allow us to take the shortest, most effective and cost-efficient path to service excellence by tapping into a technology platform used successfully by other health plans. It will provide users the efficiencies you would expect from a large national health plan, while fitting into the budget of our locally owned North Dakota company.

Who does this affect?
It will touch everyone we serve—members, providers, employer groups and other key industry partners.

How long will it take?
The upgrade will be completed in 2019, but improvements are happening in phases that began July, 2018.

What do I need to do?
Depending upon your relationship with us (member, provider or employer), you'll receive notifications of process changes that will specifically affect you. Look for communication in your mailbox/email box.
