BCBSND offers Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) benefits covered at 100% for your employees and their adult family members enrolled in a BCBSND group health plan and at risk for Type 2 diabetes. DPP services may be offered by local health care providers in North Dakota.
BCBSND has also partnered with Omada to offer a digital DPP option. Omada combines the latest technology with ongoing support. Through this digital option, your employees can make the lifestyle changes that matter most, whether that’s around eating, activity, sleep or stress. Promotional materials are available to assist you in introducing this program to your employees.
