Gearing Up for Workplace Wellness that Works

Gearing Up training will help you reshape your organization’s approach to wellness, based on the 10 steps outlined in Laura Putnam’s book, "Workplace Wellness that Works."

The day is lively and interactive, giving participants new insights into transforming employee health and well-being. It includes work time to apply the principles so attendees can put the information into practice when they return to the workplace.

The interactive training will focus on

  • Becoming an agent of change in your organization
  • Imagining what’s possible with the different elements of wellness
