Cost Comparison Tool

Note: As of Jan. 1, 2023, cost for the 500 most common shoppable services will be available. 

Access the tool:

1. Start here or click log in in the upper right hand corner and select members.
2. If you are already registered, click log in and enter your username and password. If you are not registered, click register to begin. 
3. Once you are logged in, click Care Cost Estimator to begin your search.

Search for care:

1. Start typing the procedure into the search bar. 
2. A drop down list will appear as you type. Select your procedure from the procedure cost section of the drop down to see cost. 

Review results:

1. Click View Profile for more information and a cost breakdown personalized to your benefits. A pop-up will appear if you can save cost on a procedure. 
   • CoPay: Amout paid out of pocket for types of care. 
   • Deductible: Amount paid out of pocket before provider pays any expenses. 
   • Coinsurance:  Amount paid after you have met your deductible. 

Note: For certain services, you may need to search multiple procedures for a full cost breakdown.
