Dr. Dale Klein has been a full-time family physician for 30 years and has served as a director on the Board since 2011.

Dale has had many administrative roles, including service-line chair for family medicine, hospital board member and vice chair of the hospital board at MedCenter One, now Sanford West.

His extensive community involvement includes serving as chair of the Mandan Airport Commission for nine years and serving on the Starion Financial Board on their IT, Succession, Governance and Compensation Committees. Dale is a member of the North Dakota Medical Association, 6th District Medical Society, North Dakota Academy of Family Physicians, American Academy of Family Physicians and National Association of Corporate Directors. In 2006, he was named North Dakota Family Physician of the year.

Dale earned his bachelor’s degree from North Dakota State University in Fargo and his medical degree from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks.
