These Terms, along with any applicable Customer Agreements, form a binding legal agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Website. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS THE WEBSITE. You can review the most current version of these Terms at any time at https://www.bcbsnd.com/privacy-legal/terms-of-use. To the extent of any conflict between a provision of these Terms and a provision of an applicable Customer Agreement, the Customer Agreement provision controls.

Nothing contained in this Website shall constitute a solicitation, offer or acceptance of a contract of insurance or be construed as creating or modifying any agreement with BCBSND. By accessing, transmitting or viewing any information on this Website, you agree to be subject to personal jurisdiction in the state of North Dakota.
