Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) is informing providers that Availity Essentials has been experiencing intermittent login delays for the past several days and is continuing to work to resolve the issue and is beginning to see improvements. Availity Essentials is asking providers to please continue with normal login and activity. If you continue to experience issues, please clear your browsing history, cache, and cookies, then close your browser and try to log back in.
BCBSND is working closely with Availity Essentials as they work to resolve the issue and for the latest updates messaging is being placed and updated on the Availity Essentials website.
