Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) is informing providers unable to receive an eligibility & benefits inquiry response through Availity Essentials for a North Dakota Member whose mailing address is outside of the United States, to contact our Provider Service Center at 1-800-368-2312 to obtain member information. We have not seen or heard of a claim submission or precertification submission issue due to the address.
We do want to inform providers that this is a small Commercial Member population, and we are working with our vendor for a resolution. We do apologize for any inconvenience.
