Claim Correction Process Update

Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) previously issued guidance regarding the claim correction process that is used for claims processed on the new claims processing platform. Additional information regarding the use of frequency code 7 and bill type XX7 has now been added. The comprehensive process for claim correction can be found in the Provider Manual.
