Medicaid Expansion Call Center and Availity Update

The Medicaid Expansion call center and IVR is back up and fully operational.  

Availity

Eligibility and Benefits is now available through Availity; however, precertification requests are still unavailable. Precertification requests can be submitted by fax using the inpatient and outpatient authorization request forms.

We are actively working to resolve the precertification issue and will provide an update upon resolution.
