Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) is informing providers of our new online initial credentialing application. This new online application will allow non-participating practitioners who are looking to join our networks, faster credentialing application completion and approval time.
This application will be used for all lines of business BCBSND Commercial, Medicaid Expansion and NextBlue of North Dakota Medicare Advantage plans. At this time, the online paper application will not be removed.
The application is currently live and can be found on our provider website under the BCBSND Practitioner Credentialing Application.
For new facilities looking to credential, please use the following forms located at BCBSND Recredentialing & Credentialing Applications.
