NextBlue of North Dakota, the Medicare Advantage (MA) plan, has seen an increase in questions regarding verifying eligibility and benefits through Availity. The NextBlue Payer ID option needs to be selected in the dropdown menu for all NextBlue transactions. If the NextBlue option is not visible in the payer ID dropdown menu, as shown below, clear your cache and cookies, log out, then log back into the Availity portal. If the NextBlue option fails to appear, contact Availity client services at 1-800-282-4548, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. EST or visit their website at www.availity.com.
