Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) wants to inform providers of a change that will take place October 1, 2022, for incoming calls from provider offices and billing agencies to the Provider Service Customer Contact Center (CCC) area. The change applies to the Commercial line of business.
The Provider Service CCC will be reducing the number of patients a provider can call on from five to three per call interaction. This change will help ensure our members and providers receive the promptest service when contacting our CCC during our upcoming Open Enrollment period.
