Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) will be implementing the October quarterly code updates of International Classification of Diseases, Tenth Revision, Clinical Modification (ICD-10-CM), International Classification of Diseases, Tenth Revision, Procedure Coding System (ICD-10-PCS), Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS), and Proprietary Laboratory Analyses (PLA) codes issued by the American Medical Association (AMA) and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The October quarterly code update will have an effective date of October 1, 2022. Please refer to the AMA and CMS websites for a complete list of added, revised, and deleted codes.
