Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) has implemented the July quarterly code updates of Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) and Proprietary Laboratory Analyses (PLA) codes issued by the American Medical Association (AMA) and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
The July 2023 quarterly code update will have an effective date of July 1, 2023. Please refer to the AMA and CMS websites for a complete list of added, revised, and deleted codes.
