Quarterly Code Updates

Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) has implemented the July 2022 quarterly code updates of Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS), Proprietary Laboratory Analyses (PLA), International Classification of Diseases, Tenth Revision, Procedure Coding System (ICD-10-PCS) and International Classification of Diseases, Tenth Revision, Clinical Modification (ICD-10-CM) codes issued by the American Medical Association (AMA). The July quarterly code update has been implemented with an effective date of July 1, 2022. Please refer to the AMA website for a complete list of added, revised and deleted codes.
