Member Touchpoint Measures are a Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association program to assess service.

The program covers things like timeliness and accuracy in enrollment, inquiries and claims. Ratings are given by people who have used our Member Services.

We are proud to have earned maximum points January through June 2017. And we have ranked first nationwide three times since 2013.
