As The Official Sponsor of Recess, Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota applauds the three North Dakota communities for their commitment to play and physical activity and encourages other communities in the state to look for ways to help children live healthier lives. We are working together with local communities in the state to create opportunities for daily, healthy physical activity.

We think it's time recess was brought back for North Dakotans of all ages. What are you doing to help encourage physical activity in your community?
