Calling about your premium payment?
If you are calling to pay your January 1 premium or have other questions about your premium payment, rest assured we will work with you to pay your premium so you do not have a lapse in coverage, even if your payment occurs after January 1.
BCBSND is currently upgrading to a new billing system and as we've made that transition, some of our billing statements have been delayed. As a result, some members whose premium payments are typically due by January 1 received their billing statements late.
Members will have a grace period to pay their premiums and coverage will continue.
Premium payment options
If you received your billing statement, you can follow the instructions on your bill and pay by sending a check or money order to:

Due to the delay in our billing statements, you will have an additional grace period to pay your bill. Your mail-in payment does not need to be received by our offices by January 1.
You can pay over the phone through our automated voice system by entering your Member ID number, which is found on the upper right-hand corner on the back page of your invoice (also known as your bill). Call us at
844-363-8454 and follow the instructions provided on the voice recording. You will also be asked to enter your Date of Birth. You may also be asked for the billing account number, which is located on the back of your invoice.
Visit www.BCBSNDPortals.com and login in to your online member account by entering your Member ID number, which is found on the upper right-hand corner of the back page of your invoice.
