Employees Get Paid to Exercise
with Health Club Credit
Get paid for working out? Your BCBSND health plan may include a monthly reimbursement—up to $20—for health club dues for employees (spouses may also be eligible).
It couldn't be easier. Once an employee is enrolled, they visit a participating health club 12 or more days per month and they'll receive reimbursement the following month.
Does my insurance plan include the Health Club Credit?
Ask your BCBSND Account Executive or call the phone number on the back of your BCBSND ID card.
- Communicate to employees information about eligibility and how to enroll.
- They'll receive a welcome letter or email. They need to bring their BCBSND ID card to a participating health club.
- Employees will need to complete the health club's enrollment form.
