May is Mental Health Awareness Month, making it a good time to be more purposeful about checking in with others as well as yourself. Taking care of your mind impacts more than just yourself. It can also benefit those around you, including coworkers, family, friends and neighbors.
Remember, self-care doesn’t mean selfish. It’s okay to start with yourself if you’d like to explore how to improve your mental well-being. Here are some tools and resources that you can use to prioritize your own mental health.
