Alongside BCBSND Caring Foundation's philanthropic work, it also supports BCBSND employee volunteer initiatives to help grow our charitable presence in communities across the state.
Through our Blue&You volunteer program, employees are given up to 16 hours of company-paid volunteer time per year to assist various organizations across the state. Employees have logged thousands of volunteer hours since its inception in 2016.
