Amanda Haakenson joins Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota as account coordinator

FARGO — Amanda Haakenson has joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) as an account coordinator in the Fargo office.

In this role, Haakenson is responsible for providing professional administrative support and assistance to group and individual accounts, primarily focusing on customer service.

Haakenson grew up in West Fargo, N.D., and moved to Parkville, Missouri. She earned an associate's degree in accounting and business management from Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Missouri, before returning to West Fargo.

Prior to joining BCBSND, Haakenson worked as a customer service representative for Wells Fargo Banker Connection in Fargo. She also previously worked for BCBSND in the customer contact center in Fargo.
