Angela Cruff named manager of BCBSND contact centers

Angela Cruff has been promoted to manager of the Provider and Member Service Contact Center at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota. She is responsible for providing support, advice and direction to team leaders and staff in the Contact Center. She is also responsible for ensuring the company meets or exceeds quality and timeliness standards.

Cruff joined BCBSND in July 1991 as a Medicare service representative in Member Services. She has also worked as a BCBSND service representative, trainer and team leader at the Valley City (N.D.) Member Services Office. She earned a degree in fashion merchandising from the Art Institute International Minnesota, formerly Lowthian College, in Minneapolis.
