Brittany Whalen has been hired as a marketing specialist in the Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota office in Williston. Her primary responsibilities include assisting and supporting the manager and benefit consultants with customer service.

Whalen received an associate degree in pharmacy technician from Spokane Community College in Spokane, Wash.

She previously worked as a support team leader for JCPenney in Williston.
