Carmen Bloms has been hired as a service representative in the Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota office in Minot. Her primary responsibilities include assisting and supporting the manager and benefit consultants with customer service.

Bloms studied business management at Minot State University.

She previously worked as the human resources office manager, with experience in building the insurance benefit package, at Berthold Oil Terminal LLC in Berthold, N.D. Bloms also brings years of experience in network contracts, billing and coding.
