BCBSND hires Kelsey Roth as director of HR Operations
In her role, Roth is responsible for compensation, benefits, HR analytics, HR information systems, the Talent Partner team and employee relations.
Before joining BCBSND, Roth worked for Amazon as the regional HR manager of the Americas region, overseeing locations in North and Central America.
A native of Greenbush, Minn., Roth graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in communications from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, N.D. She went on to earn a master's in human resources management at the University of Mary in Bismarck, N.D.
