Kelsie Bye has been hired as a marketing service representative at the Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) office in Devils Lake.  She will focus on service and retention.

Bye graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead in Moorhead, Minn., with a bachelor of science in health administration with a minor in business management.

She previously worked as human resources administrator at Summers Manufacturing in Devils Lake.
