FARGO, N.D. — Stacey Belka has been hired as a health benefits consultant at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND). Her primary responsibilities include individual health insurance sales and retention.

She attended Minnesota State University Moorhead where she studied liberal arts.

Belka brings more than 11 years of experience as a life/health insurance agent with Warner and Company Insurance Agency in Fargo.
