Susan Ness has joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) district marketing office in Minot as an account executive. Her primary responsibilities include employer group sales and retention.

Prior to joining BCBSND, Ness worked for Pfizer, Inc. in South Dakota, and most recently served as the public information director at Minot State University.

Ness, a Minot native, graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Arts in journalism and obtained a Master of Business Administration in marketing from Capella University.
