FARGO, N.D. — Nichoel Klinghagen has been named manager of the Claims Service Units at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND).

She oversees the team leaders in all of the Service Units to ensure they are functioning efficiently and effectively maintaining acceptable inventories, meeting departmental, national and corporate standards for quality and timeliness of claims processing and customer inquiries.

Klinghagen joined BCBSND in 1999 and has held several positions, most recently manager of Blue Card Operations and Claims Training.

She received her associate degree in commercial/graphic art from Minnesota State Community and Technical College in Moorhead.
