Scott Oothoudt has been named manager of the Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) office in Bismarck. His primary responsibilities are sales and ensuring that BCBSND continues its tradition of excellent service in southwest North Dakota, including Dickinson, always maintaining its focus on customer needs.

He previously worked at Northwestern Mutual as a financial representative/college unit director in Bismarck. 

Oothoudt, a Minot native, earned an associate of arts degree from Bismarck State College and attended Minot State University and the University of Mary in Bismarck.
