BCBSND promotes Chelsey Matter to director of Provider Partnership

FARGO — Chelsey Matter has been promoted to director of Provider Partnerships at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND).

Matter is responsible for provider contracting, strategic partnerships, provider relations and education for existing and new programs.

She joined BCBSND in 2011 as a network engagement business partner in Provider Networks. She was promoted to manager of Practice Transformation in 2013.

Matter received her bachelor of science degree in respiratory therapy from North Dakota State University, Fargo, and her master's degree in public health from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha.
