FARGO, N.D.— Cindy Cooper has been to promoted to key account manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) in Fargo.

Cooper implements, services and retains key accounts providing consultative services either directly with the key account or in cooperation with consultants and brokers.

She began her BCBSND career in July 2000 as a telephone representative in Provider Service and was promoted to provider network specialist in Network Credentialing in December 2000. She joined the Marketing department in 2001 as a marketing specialist and was promoted to service representative in 2003.

Cooper graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead in Moorhead, Minn., with a bachelor of science degree in community health education and a bachelor of science degree in fitness and sports science.
