FARGO, N.D. — Janelle Griggs has been promoted to program manager of the Customer Contact Center at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND).
She is responsible for oversight of quality assurance, the Member Advocacy Program and the Voice of the Customer Program.
She began her BCBSND career in 2001 as a customer service representative in Member Services. She transferred to research specialist and was promoted to quality assurance specialist and then to trainer, all in Member Services. In 2008, she was promoted to team leader in BlueCard. She transferred to reimbursement analyst in Provider Reimbursement in 2014.
Griggs earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks.
