FARGO, N.D. — Jena Johnson has been promoted to health benefits consultant at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND). Her primary responsibilities include individual health insurance sales and retention.

She joined BCBSND in 2013 as a customer contact center specialist in the Customer Contact Center. She graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead in Moorhead, Minn., with a degree in Spanish and communications.
