FARGO, N.D. — Jennifer Fell has been promoted to health benefits consultant at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND). Her primary responsibilities include individual health insurance sales and retention.

She joined Noridian Healthcare Solutions, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of BCBSND, in 1997, working  as a claims adjudicator. She was promoted to service representative in the North Dakota Public Employees Retirement System (NDPERS) service unit at BCBSND in 2001. She joined the Marketing department in 2013 as a marketing specialist.

Fell graduated from Northwest Technical College, East Grand Forks, Minn., with an associate's degree in medical secretary, with an emphasis in medical transcription.
