FARGO, N.D. — Lindsay Triplett has been promoted to manager of the Business Project Management Office at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND).

Triplett manages the processes, governance and tools used to plan, balance and execute BCBSND portfolios. She provides input to project planning, development of business solutions, project scheduling, budgeting, reporting and implementation. She also coaches and mentors the project managers on the planning and execution of critical business initiatives.

She began her BCBSND career in 2008 as an e-learning specialist in Corporate Training. In 2009, she was promoted to project manager in Development & Business Strategies, now known as the Business Project Management Office, followed by a promotion in 2010 to team lead.

She earned a bachelor of science degree in mathematics and communications, and a master's degree in management, both from University of Mary, Bismarck, N.D. She also holds the Project Management Professional certification.
