Ryan Hartje has been promoted to account executive in the Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) office in Bismarck. His primary responsibilities include employer group sales and retention.

He previously worked as a business implementation lead in Business Delivery and Quality at BCBSND in Fargo. Before joining BCBSND, he worked as a benefits case manager at Premier Benefits Group in Fargo and as a licensed insurance representative at State Farm Insurance in Moorhead, Minn.

Hartje graduated from Mayville State University with a bachelor of science degree in business administration.
