FARGO, N.D. — Stacey Belka has been promoted to marketing service representative at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND). She will focus on service and retention.

Belka joined BCBSND in 2014 as a health benefits consultant, bringing more than 11 years of experience as a life/health insurance agent with Warner and Company Insurance Agency in Fargo.

She attended Minnesota State University Moorhead where she studied liberal arts.
