BCBSND promotes Susan Ness to manager

Susan Ness has been promoted to manager of the Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) offices in Minot and Williston. Her primary responsibilities are sales and ensuring that BCBSND continues its tradition of excellent service, focusing on customer needs.

She previously worked as an account executive in the Minot office.

Ness, a Minot native, graduated from the University of North Dakota with a bachelor of arts and obtained a master of business administration from Capella University. Prior to coming to BCBSND, Ness was the public information director at Minot State University and spent two decades in sales.

"As we continue to be a health care leader in changing times, I look forward to helping our members and the region's employers find satisfying solutions to their need for affordable, quality health insurance. The Minot and Williston offices will continue their tradition of unwavering customer commitment," Ness said.
