FARGO, N.D. - Vicki Birkholz has been promoted to Human Resources manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND).

Birkholz guides and manages the overall human resources services, programs and policies. She also leads and develops the HR business partners and support team so that they can support growth, ensure consistency, compliance of policies and regulations, and maximize the delivery of HR services for the company.

She began her BCBSND career in 1997 as the executive assistant in HR. She was promoted to compensation analyst, HR generalist, HR business partner and HR team leader.

Birkholz earned a bachelor's degree in social work from Minnesota State University Moorhead. She also holds the Professional in Human Resources certification.
