Carman Bercier promoted to VP of Health Innovation and Practice Transformation

FARGO, N.D. — Carman Bercier has been promoted to vice president of Health Innovation and Practice Transformation at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota.

Bercier will provide leadership, innovation and motivation to management in developing and implementing strategies for the Network and Reimbursement teams within the Health Network Innovation division.

She joined BCBSND in 1990 and has held several positions, most recently as manager of BlueCard Operations and Claims Review.

Bercier received her associate of applied science degree from Bismarck State College and her bachelor of science degree in marketing from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
