Confused by BCBSND's Explanation of Benefits document? We want to hear from you!

Confused by your Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) you get in the mail?

You are not alone.

BCBSND wants to create an EOB for its members that really is a clear explanation of benefits.

Mark Tschider, BCBSND vice president of Customer Support and Claims Administration, said he hopes members tell the company which parts of the EOB are most confusing and why. And Tschider said he'd like to know what type of information they would like to see at a glance.

"We have several releases scheduled for future enhancements and your comments will assist us with development of those enhancements to better serve our members," Tschider said.
