FARGO, N.D. — Damon Gleave has joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota  as director of Finance Cost and Budgets.

In this role, Gleave plans, coordinates and administers the cost accounting function of the company. He also oversees the preparation of corporate and affiliate budgets.

Before joining BCBSND, he was the controller of Tharaldson Hospitality Management in Casselton, N.D.

A native of Stanley, N.D., he graduated from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks with a bachelor's degree in accountancy.
