Lisa Faul has joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota as director of the Caring for Children program in the marketing department. Administered by BCBSND, Caring for Children provides health and dental care for children whose families cannot afford health insurance and who do not qualify for Medicaid or the State Children's Health Insurance Program.

Born in Fargo, Faul grew up in Kindred. She earned a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minn., in 1991, and a master of education degree in clinical counseling from North Dakota State University in 1995. She previously worked as a community liaison at Prairie St. John's in Fargo.

She and her husband, Matthew, live in Fargo. They have a daughter, Brianna, 10.
