FARGO, N.D. — Brian Fellner has been hired as enterprise chief financial officer of Noridian Mutual Insurance Company (NMIC), Fargo.

As enterprise chief financial officer, Fellner helps NMIC manage a broad view of enterprise-wide financial planning. NMIC offers quality health care coverage as Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota as a licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association.

Fellner has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services, insurance and health care industries. He previously served as vice president and chief financial officer of Des Moines, Iowa-based American Enterprise Group. Fellner also served as vice president of Great West Healthcare of Colorado from 1998 to 2008.

He earned a degree in business administration and a master's degree in accounting from the University of Colorado.
