FARGO, N.D. —  Jennifer Kelley has been promoted to director of Medical Management at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota.

In this role, Kelley is responsible for managing the activities of utilization management, case management, utilization data analysis and the development of medical policy within the Health Network Innovation division.

Kelley joined BCBSND in 2001 as a member education consultant based in the Grand Forks District Marketing Office. In 2004, she was promoted to marketing service representative in the Grand Forks District Marketing Office.

Kelley grew up in Lankin, N.D., and graduated from the University of Mary in Bismarck, N.D., with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing.
