Jim Nichol joins BCBSND as manager of Consumer Sales
Jim Nichol has joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota, Fargo, as manager of Consumer Sales in the Marketing division.
In this role, he will work with sales channel development and relationship management; support development of online shopping, telesales and retail sales channels; support product development efforts for all individual and senior products; and provide support and training to staff in the individual and senior markets.
Nichol has 15 years of experience in sales management, most recently as the regional sales manager for Aflac for nine years. Before joining BCBSND, Nichol operated Legacy Leadership LLC, a marketing Web-based training and education company that Nichol owns.
Nichol earned a degree in art history and business at Minnesota State University Moorhead.
